Just an educated guess, but absent close up photos of the markings on the pistols, I'd speculate you have Austrian police surplus pistols.
Prices vary a lot by region. So what I quote may be less than totally accurate where you are. If I were buying them I would go as high as a grand each... but start around $700 ea.

Just looked at your thread for the first time. They look to b in great shape! Are those original price stickers on the boxes at $72.00 and $71.95?
They appear to be older than 1962.

They are older than 1962. The radius on the underside of the front of the slide is the telltale. Judging from the price tags on the boxes, somebody got bargain back in the day. I'm guessing that day was probably during the 1950s or early 1960s. New BHPs were selling for AUD 125 in 1968-69 in Australia (rate of exchange then was USD 1 ~ AUD 1.08).

For reference sake, regarding the price stickers, I have a T series that was sold on June 12, 1969, to Reynold’s Sporting Goods in Kentucky. It was part of a batch of six that were sold for a total of $514.32 wholesale or $85.72 each.

I can believe wholesale prices were that low in 1969.
