Hi power newbe here with a question...

One of the AR7 survival rifles in .22LR is an excellent emergency gun... breaks down to a package of about 15" and can hold three magazines in the stock... it is a take down and is very light.

The Ar7 with a brick of .22 is easily carried in a bug out bag... With the little AR7 you can 'get' a more powerful gun if needed...
They are really accurate and hold 8rounds... having 500 rounds plus three loaded magazines gives you a lot of flexibility. Even though .22 isn't extremely powerful it allows you to engage at long range.
