If you're in the mood for some rifle shooting, you might like this video. Here I compare my accuracy results from a sling support to those shooting from a bench. The results might just surprise you! As always, be sure to let me know what you think!

Hello Howard,
Another excellent video! I am very, very impressed with its content and thank you for taking the time to post it here. We often get into gun board discussions along the same lines of which is more important? Intrinsic vs. mechanical accuracy of a firearm, i.e. shooting free hand with a sling or using a rest. Excellent shooting and a very excellent video. I had high hopes for the '03, but you explained it very nicely.

Thanks Chris! I wish the wind had been a little more calm when I was shooting the 03A4, it usually holds about 1.25 to 1.5 MOA from a prone rested position. In the video from the bench the groups were bigger than that mainly due to the wind.

Howard,
Sorry for the late response, your other video reminded me.
I’m a big fan of using the sling in field settings, this is a great video to show use of a sling and what it can do for you.
Thanks for sharing!
