Here's a close up look at one of my long-time favorites. I think you all will like this one. For a carry/defensive revolver, they don't get a whole lot better. Be sure to let me know what you think!

Nice video as always. I own a 2 1/2in. bbl. Model 19 and 66, but wish my 66 was a 3in. bbl. model. They just don't show up for sale very often....as least in my LGS. Being a handloader, I load some of my 357Mag brass up to 38Special loadings, and then don't have to contend with cleaning out the 38 Special powder rings in the cylinder charge holes. I do enjoy shooting the wheel guns!!

Another great video. I owned a 2.5 inch 66 no dash for several years. It had been customized with an action job, magnaporting and tritium sights. It was our nightstand gun for several years until it was sold down the road. Nice handy little gun.

Great video Howard... ya gotta love the M66 from S&W.
My snubbie M66 is a fun gun to shoot... besides being a pistol you can REALLY rely on.
Though probably not necessary I don't shoot the 125gr JHP 'super' ammo in my 19/66 revolvers. I have always liked the 158gr LSWHP in my 38 and 357 revolvers...it has been around a long time and IMHO no one has improved on it since Elmer Keith started loading the LSWCHP way back when.
THanks for sharing the video... I really enjoyed it.

I’m glad you liked it Chuck! The Combat Magnums are some of the best fighting revolvers ever produced, and the 158 gr. LSWCHP is a great load for them!
