Here's my latest video, and it features a classic revolver. The 624 is the 1985 resurection of the Target Model of 1950 (later to be dubbed the Model 24). This is a classic revolver chambered for the great 44 Special. I think you all will like it!

Another well done video. The 44 Special cartridge is on of my favorites to shoot. Back in the early 1980s I purchased a new Lipsey S&W Mod. 624 with a round butt and a 3in. barrel. I came with the wood S&W combat grips with finger grooves, plus a S&W marked pancake high rise holster. It is a fun gun to shoot, but my hand is about medium sized, and most N frame guns have a grip that is a bit larger than is ideal for my hand, so I don't shoot them as well as K and L framed revolvers......anyway, that is my story, and I am sticking with it!!

You have the version of the 624 I've always lusted for! I've run across a couple of them, but never when I had the necessary funds in hand. Enjoy that revolver, it's a good one! Howard

Those 624s are very, very nice. I picked up a blue 24 right after they came out. I like the .44spl; one doesn't always, or even usuually, need the magnum. Your 624 is a real beaut!

It’s one of those “pass down to the kids” kind of firearms because it will never leave my collection. Howard
