Hello, I thought this article of interest because it was the handgun that didn't get elected to be adopted during the MHS trials. www.foxnews.com/tech/2018/02/02/glock-makes-military-grade-pistol-available-to-civilians.htmlAlthough the SIG 320 did get selected and is in distribution to major US Army military units, they have discovered that the SIG will "drop fire" if accidentally released from the operators hands. Interesting? So back to SIG to get the trigger system "tweeked" to prevent AD's from accidents. Since the SIG 320 is a relatively "new" product, it seems like it is being "Beta Tested" on our Army folks. However, I am really quite shocked that the US Army didn't do their own "drop tests" during the trials.... As I mentioned in a earlier thread, the USMC adopted the G-19 as a alternative to the Colt 1911 very quietly. I suppose there's a reason for that? www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2017/11/13/usmc-designates-glock-19m-m007/I like the G-19. It isn't a BBQ handgun, but it will get the job done. Chris
