Yes it helped thank you. It's killing me because $200 is a good deal and I really want these sights installed but I have a hard time justifying the cost. Purchased project FEG Hi Power $300 + refinish $200 + sights $200. Basically I will be $700 into a gun that's worth $500 on a good day. Damn As far as I know, we only go around one time!! If you are like me, 2-3 weeks after I spent money on something, I have a hard time remembering how much was spent, but I am glad that I did it.

I had no problem installing one in an FN, and figure that it wouldn't be too difficult in my FEG, especially since I was able to install an FN ambi safety in it without the problems that others have described. Having the BHSS tools along with the proper punches make these jobs easier. I just haven't gotten around to it yet. I originally purchased an SFS from BHSS just to have on hand when they started carrying them and ran their ridiculously inexpensive intro offer, thinking that I would keep it in reserve. However I enjoy the SFS in the FN so much that I want the FEG to get some of the action as well. I attempted to install the SFS in my FEG earlier today, but ran into the left side hole in the frame being undersized, just as reported by others. I really thought that it would drop in, since the FN ambi safety I put in that pistol did not require any modification. I originally purchased this SFS set in order to have a spare for my FN, or to possibly install it in another FN/Browning, so I am not wanting to modify it to fit the FEG. I am also not wanting to modify the frame of the FEG. So, the original guts went back into the FEG. Thankfully I have a BHSS 3rd hand tool, so reassembly was easy, except that I buggered up the right side ambi roll pin. Even with the proper roll pin starter/punch this one is always troublesome. I took the pin out of the SFS set, so I will need to get another one to maintain the interity of the set. Interesting, and I didn't notice it before, but the SFS ambi pin is solid and not a roll pin. I wonder where I can find some others like it?

Midwayusa has the Browning pin, but it's a roll pin. Priced at around $2.50. FWIW

I know about the roll pin version, but a solid would be a vast improvement.
