*Did you know that the park ranger style HAT was originally the official 1911 GI issue. I inherited one from my father who favored them, as a competitive shooter, to keep hot brass off his neck.
*The second is a fascinating 1911 accessory, the "unobtainium" Monarch Arms Mfg. Co. Anti-Bandit accessory kit.

Back in the 1960s and 70s when I was shooting National Match, wearing a campaign hat was pretty popular... it did a good job of keeping the sun off your face/neck/ears and protected from rain too...
The shoulder stock set is also really rare... and probably illegal unless it has the proper tax stamp... It is certainly something that most of us have never seen...
I appreciate your sharing the pic...
These days I'd have no idea where to buy one...
