Hello folks,
I had a friend recently acquire a Zastava M-70A from Classic firearms out of Madison, NC. He bought it as his "retirement gift" to himself after almost 25 years in law enforcement. Since discovering that the magazine sent doesn't fit the Zastava, he has sent back the magazine for exchange for the correct magazine. However, like most of us, "he would like a spare and a pair"... For the past three days, I have literally scoured every web site on the 'net attempting to help him out. Classic firearms doesn't sell spare magazines and neither do any of the more well known distributors in surplus arms. So far, I have located a source in Canada, but they do not ship to the United States.
My friend Jer here has been very helpful, but the dang magazines are rarer than "proverbial" hen's teeth here in the US. If you run across a source locally where you live or in your searches, please let me know as I am just trying to help a fellow shooter out...
Chris

Hello Chuck, Unfortunately, the M-70 mags listed are for the wrong caliber, i.e. .32 ACP or 7.65 Tok or for the wrong model M-88. Somebody is literally going to make a small fortune if they can get their hands on some M-70A 9X19 magazines. I've even tried a friend in CH. None were listed on any sites over there.... Chris

I don't see why the 7.62x25 mag should work with 9x19mm... Is the mag different in some way?
