Are there just 2 variations of this FEG model designation or were some S&W action guns marked with this model designation?
I thought of this question regarding Maryland's "Handgun Roster" of approved for purchase handguns manufactured after 1984. If there is a S&W version of the PJK-9HP, its approval is a joke on the MD State Police ... 2 completely different guns would be approved under the same name.

I think there is a "R" in the model# of the Feg with the S&W type action. I own 1 of the variant PJK-9HP 's. it is the ribbed model with the smooth side slide. Attachments:
