Hello,
Other than the prospect of reduced recoil, I am not sure why Glock would take this direction? Colt and Beretta decided to go down the rotating barrel design vs. the tradition "locked breech" design and didn't fair well with their products. Perhaps they (Glock) will save money on machining the barrels and slides? It is definitely interesting, but I certainly don't have any interest.
