CXM: I could not get your link to work so I used a little google foo. I found this newspaper article. Hope my link works. Sometimes newspaper links expire at some point. If the link does not work, the search term I used was: "federal cartridge employee layoffs" I did not know ATK had set up Vista Outdoor to house their consumer oriented sporting products such as Federal and those formerly under the Blount umbrella such as CCI/Speer.
