That's not yellow paint. It's dried mustard. You know Canadians. They're sloppy eaters.

I bought this pistol quite a few years ago. I recently discovered this sight when I came here to get some info on an A-prefix gun I purchased. These pics aren't great. I'd have to dig it out of the back of the safe to do better or get details of the markings. But anything that can be determined from these would be welcomed, especially the yellow paint slash on the left side. Rob Well, after much Googling, I figured out what that logo is. It is a stylized Maple Leaf proof mark of the Canadian Arsenals. They were responsible for re-arsenal/ refurbishment of the CAF Inglis HP. Thank you for posting this by the way. It clued me in on the barrel markings that I have on my recently purchased Inglis HP.
