Well, I didn't think it'll take long but man, this is FAST!!
Springfield is apparently suing EAA/Girsan over the P-35 Hi Power... The suit is not about the pistol itself mind you, but the advertising etc.
I wonder if there will be more lawsuits as the Hi-Power field gets crowded...

It’s quite obvious that EAA photoshopped the Springfield advertisement. That would save a lot of money. I think EAA will probably want to settle out of court.
It’s definitely not about the firearm at all, but deceptive advertising.

It is just my personal view, but EAA has been a sleazy outfit for years and years... a real schlock operation...

It’s quite obvious that EAA photoshopped the Springfield advertisement. That would save a lot of money. I think EAA will probably want to settle out of court. It’s definitely not about the firearm at all, but deceptive advertising. Sir: I don't dispute that EAA may have photo-shopped the SA advert. I am unclear, however, as to which advertisement you refer. I'm assuming that it is a "still" (picture), which makes it easy for EAA to be underhanded.
