Welcome to the forum Sherpacrew. go to reply, top right corner is "add attachment" and then click on the green plus button to locate the file. Please keep images sizes small as we have limited storage space. Interested in seeing what barrel you have and the markings. OR, (and this is the preferred method as it does not use the High Power Collectors forum storage) using an outside photo storage site such as Imgur, postimages etc and direct link. Link to my forum post on posting photos highpowercollectors.proboards.com/post/7397Hope this helps. Todd

Need a few more images. From the serial number I assume it is an FN roll marked High Power and not a Browning Hi Power, with internal extractor and thumbprint slide. On the barrel there is a P with an asterisk over it. The mark is Delcommune Adolphe's proof mark, and he worked from 1952-1960. Any other proof marks, or numbers with lines around them would be helpful and might narrow down the date some. Serial numbers dont always tell the date with Hi Powers as FN serialized for contract order requests.
