Hi slav, Thanks so much for the other patent reference of SFS. Not sure how these patents are interrelated or worked with each other or what. The US patent 6539658 has cited reference to US4312263 of Jan 26, 1982 (translated from Bourlet's European patent EP0013583B1 of July 23, 1980). So who's the first real inventor? Regards...

Obviously, the patents you've shared are much earlier than the ones I knew about. Interesting, have someone here ever seen a gun equipped with this early version of SFS system? This first system as far as I can read the drawings is much more complex. The additional "catching lever" will have its influence on the trigger pull, it will be uneven and probably heavier. The additional spring 39 is on a very interesting place and how is it installed remains mystery for me. Interesting system...though.
