Team,
Is it just me or is something amiss at BH Spring Solutions?
I've yet to receive call backs from two phone calls with messages left, as well as two emails with no replies.
I contacted the gunsmith, Randy (LNU), who advised Mark picked up all BHSS jobs saying Randy was "too slow" finishing the requested work.
I'm a bit annoyed since I sent them my Mk3 .40 S&W in November, 2020 with a credit card payment exceeding $800 for work that I can't get any kind of status on.
Does anyone have any information relative to BHSS?
If I've missed any recent news flashes on this forum, I apologize, as I'm caring full time for my elderly father now. I don't have many opportunities to check-in with this forum.

Hi Frank, I would keep trying to reach them, especially with the deposit you have down. I am sure they have seen your post and requests, and as a matter of record their customer service feedback has always been excellent. I have only purchased parts, but always prompt service and shipping. Over on the 1911 forum a member posted about 10 days ago he just got his Hi Power back from BHSS and was extremely happy with the service and communications. Perhaps you should try their appointment scheduler at bhspringsolutions.com/index.php/booking-form/Keep us posted.

It was just recently that we moved to a different FFL where all our service work will be done. They are quite some reasons for that and Randy being slow is not among them. I can assure you, your gun is safe and sound and we plan to clean the backlock in the next 2-3 weeks or so. Depending on what work needs to be done on the gun it will be finished sooner or later but within this time frame. I placed a phone order late in the day on the 17th, and received it all as requested here in Tx yesterday via USPS. I think they have some fantastic new products and have had some items on sale and it has generated a lot of traffic. I didn’t know about the option to make an appointment for a call back. That is a fantastic service!

Update: Air not dead! Since posting my lament, I've received calls from Mark and two of his sales staff...each was very professional and thoroughly answered every question. All is well in the BHP world, they're just transition working thru Covid issues like we all are.
