I began accumulating Hi Power pistols quite by accident, through the years I came to possess a 1950 pistol for shooting, a first year of production Belgian army issue and a Inglis just because I really like JBrowning’s last efforts in it’s final form. A couple of years ago I purchased an FEG super cheap and had a Metaloy finish placed upon it, love shooting and carrying that pistol, then came an offer of four FEG’s with consecutive numbers just arrived from Israel. They were added along with an Argentine and light weight Belgian Police marked pistol, all in all I now have 17 pistols including Mk II and MkIII, Capitan tangent, “E” series, “T” series and a practical. Best thing about these pistols is I shoot all of them and enjoy not just locking them in a safe to gather dust.

High Powers tend to be habit forming...
The mass of Izzy imports a few years drove prices of used HPs down for a while but they sure gave us a lot of unusual HPs...
Glad you could join us on the HP forum... hope you will join in the fun and have a good time.

I tried to post a photo but was told it is too large...Actually I have thousands of posts on other forums particularly Spanish firearms forum, I have about seventy five or more pistols from Spain, really great little pistols. My interests lie in many areas 1911 and HP’s being really high as are Colt SAA’s and Winchester levers ( don’t forget a dozen or so M1Carbines) and I shoot everything I acquire except my grandson’s eventual gift of consecutive nickel engraved SAA’s. I was able to pick up an Argentine Hi Power today for $300 bucks guess I will cool it for awhile and focus on Christmas. Thanks for the warm welcome and hope to share and gain knowledge on the last of J Brownings genius on this forum. Oops the photo is of one of my safes ( not normally sideways at home) with eighteen drawers of pistols

This is what the drawers are like, some Star Model S 380 & 32 acp pistols. I am trying to get the photo thing down but don’t hold any real hopes I will succeed.
