I got one of these to stash a few years ago. It is the surest and cheapest way to guarantee that you will never need to replace one!

I'm curious, are these a stash of old unused parts, or used replaced parts?
I picked up a new Jack First extractor a couple months ago. Seems to fit just fine in a 1943 High power. I'm thinking of adding one or two of these to the parts bin for future acquisitions.

You will likely need to give SARCO a call and ask them to get a known correct answer to your question. To me at least new/used doesn't make any difference to me... I expect to have to tune the extractor in any case. I have a bunch of internal extractors stashed away, and I'm pretty sure they are all taken out of guns that have been destroyed by police and parted out before the frame is destroyed. These came in several bunches of used parts I have bought... FWIW Chuck I'm curious, are these a stash of old unused parts, or used replaced parts? I heard a rumor that some came out of a batch of "Indian Inglis" parts stocks. Mine has that "look" to it.

Certainly seems possible... SARCO buys parts where they can find them... As far as I know, India Arms is still making their copy of the Inglis clone of a pre WWII HP. A few India Arms HPs (Inglis knock offs) were imported into the U.S. some years back... maybe 20 or so years. The one example I had the opportunity to examine was somewhat crudely made and definitely not as nicely finished as a FEG. It did however shoot pretty well... it was reliable though it took a good bit of concentration to shoot well... Mine is parked and a bit rough around the edges, but it shoots fine. Only draw-back for me is the round hammer. I have no problem with spur hammers, but the round ones whack the hell out of my thumb knuckles. Hey, they are a decent source of Inglis parts. Some dealers even try to sell the Indian mags as "ginuwine" Inglis mags.

Dishonest or ignorant dealers try to get big bucks for the India arms made mage... they have the aluminum followers like the Inglis mags did. About 8-9 years ago someone had a batch of the IA made mags and sold them off cheap... I got some of them really cheap... they work ok too... Internal Extractor Fun
Last week I received 2 extractors from Sarco... One was badly damaged as though from hard use. The other does not extract as well as the 1960 FN part it would have replaced. Sending both back.
Yesterday I received 2 more from Numrich... both appear to be new production and in new shape. Possibly from the same source as the Jack First extractors. The Numrich parts cost $31.75 each.

I hope I never have to use my spare.

Odds are you won't need the replacements.... and usually having a spare part prevents a failure of that type of part. I have a fair size fleet of HPs and I have never had a extractor fail... but I keep spares on hand anyway... FWIW Chuck I hope I never have to use my spare.

As I said in my post above: "I got one of these to stash a few years ago. It is the surest and cheapest way to guarantee that you will never need to replace one!"
Great minds think alike.
