This is regarding a MK III Browning Hi-Power.
Today, I changed out the OEM mainspring for a 26-lb. BHSS mainspring. After I got everything together, I noticed a slight for-and-aft movement in the ejector, and, for the life of me, I can't remember if this is normal. Don't ever get old, sports fans. Anyway, I haven't got any of my other Hi-Powers around for comparison, so I'd appreciate it if you gentlemen would chime in.
Thanks.

Mister Coffee, Looking at mine just now: 2002 MKIII wiggles a little fore and aft and less side to side. 1982 Silver Chrome about the same. 2018 Tisas BR9 has less play fore and aft with almost none side to side. 2003 Vigilante .40 has more play than the first two. Early-ish FEG has the most play. 1981 Alloy frame (tuned by BHSS for carry) is tighter than the Tisas... All function as they should and shoot about the same equally well!
All have SFS installed except FEG.
