I took four 9mm pistols to the range yesterday:
Brand new Sig P365 (first time out)
Kahr PM9 (my normal EDC prior to the purchase of the Sig)
Glock G19 Gen 5
Tisas BR9SS
All of them functioned without any problems. Since it was new, the Sig got the most attention. I ran 50 rounds of HST 124 +P, about 150 rounds of 115 range ammo, and even a half box of aluminum cased garbage ammo. The Sig is now on duty (sorry Kahr).
All three of the other guns ran without a glitch as well. Actualy it turned out to be a pretty boring day with no drama.

Thanks for the report...
I bought a SIG365 about 6-7 months ago... I have really enjoyed it and it is totally reliable for me so far. It has displaced the S&W Shield 9mm as a regular carry gun, though the S&W Shield 45 still does regular duty along side the 365. The 365 is slightly smaller than the Shield but holds a good bit more ammo.
The P365 was surprising as to how easy it is to shoot accurately and how little felt recoil the little gun produces. I like the 10 or 12 +1 magazine capacity as well...
Sounds like the High Power Clone is doing well too...

I hope these do well. I purchased a BR9 blue model and so far, very limited shooting it has been GTG. I am going to use this as training gun to keep the round count low on my actual Browning/FN pistols, they have already proven themselves so no need to shoot the crap out of them. Saving for a SS model, that version seems to be very popular.

My BR9 remains stock except for extended slide release and Beretta 92FS MecGar 20 round magazine for car carry. I like it better than my T-series.

Are these guns still being made? They don't seem to be available anywhere.

Are these guns still being made? They don't seem to be available anywhere. As far as I know they are still being made by Tisas, but I dont think they are imported into the US anymore. Link to the Tisas Turkey website still shows them www.trabzonsilah.com/en/firearms/zig-14-blackLKCI in Ohio used to import Tisas pistol including the BR 9 Regent and they also sell direct. I bought mine from LKCI. They are no longer sold by LKCI and I dont think any other distributors is offering them in the US. lkcillc.com/There is speculation that Tisas is making the main parts for the Springfield SA-35, with Springfield doing the final assembly and fitting. But, that is speculation and rumor.

Too bad they aren't offered here. Brownells imported some a while back. That stainless gun is really awesome. I wonder if SDS will consider it. They currently import the Tisas 1911.

You might take a look at EAA who is importing a Turkish HP made by Girsan. CDNN has four different models showing in stock. www.cdnnsports.com/firearms/handguns.html?manufacturer=EAAFWIW Chuck Are these guns still being made? They don't seem to be available anywhere.
