I didn't see a general discussion tab, so I thought I'd post this thread here. Thanks for setting up a new forum dedicated to the Hi Power. I'm looking forward to a lot of good discussion here!

@hrfunk: If you are who I think you are, I was just watching your videos last night and was going to queue up another one tonight. Are you the famous video star HRFunk?

Thanks for the kind words... We are still tweeking the board organization and features and probably will be for a time. Any comments, suggestions ect. are most welcome.
There is a general discussion tab, but it was way down at the bottom so it was easy to miss... I have moved it to the top so it will be easier to find.
Thanks and welcome

Guys, I have invited a number of fine HP people including Bob Reed and Chuntaro. However I have been completely unable to locate Burgs or submoa and we would sure like to invite them to come over. So if any of you have contact with them or know how I can contact them, lemme know. Big Purdy Pleeze!

jaypee,
I MAY know how to get hold of Burgs in a round about way, via the other forum. I will give it a try. I can't promise success, but nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Well, I don't know how "fine" a fellow I am, but I'm glad to finally have a Hi-Power dedicated forum. I've got a Mark II that had a parkerized finish that I bought brand new back in about 1985 I believe. Right now it's at a Cerakote specialist getting a "make-over". I will be more than happy to post a picture of it when I get it back this next week. Thanks for the invite, Jerry.

CXM and jaypee, Thank you. I was hoping that something like this would pop up. I'm not an expert, but I'm an aficionado for Hi Powers. Rob52, (known as Rob S elsewhere)
