I agree on the FEG magazines. They're definitely good to go. It's too bad that FEG didn't mark them better. That way it'd be easier to seek them out and differentiate them from Mystery Mags.

I pulled the gun out and took a look at it... It came with only one mag... it has the greenish/gray parkerized finish with a blue base plate... which is how my 9x19mm FEG magazines look... I'd guess it is a FEG mag. FWIW Chuck FEG mags have a very good reputation for quality among owners. FWIW. Jer

I just acquired one myself and love it. It was part of a run made for the Lithuanian police.
I DO have a question that maybe you could answer. Does your 9mm barrel that came with the 9mm slide fit into the .40 slide? I purchased a barrel from Numrich, with the idea of a drop in 9mm barrel that would 'work' (for practice purposes), inside the .40 slide.
No luck as something is off spec (and yes! it is the S&W style linkage barrel vs the Browning linkage barrel).
